What Should I Do?
If your vehicle is stolen, follow these steps to take advantage of your insurance coverage
1- Have the Theft Recorded
When you find out that your vehicle has been stolen, call the police or nearest police station to inform them, and ask them to keep a record of the event.
2- Contact Us
You should immediately inform Aksigorta, by sending the police report by e-mail or fax.
3- Send the Documents To Us
Prepare the necessary documents listed below, and send them to the Head Office of Aksigorta. If the vehicle cannot be found within 30 days of the date of the theft, please fill in the documents that we deliver to you, and send them to the Head Office of Aksigorta.
4- Follow up Your Documents
You should always follow up your claim, which can be done by calling the Aksigorta Service Centre at 444 27 27, or online at Aksigorta Online.
