The steps you need to take for treatment needs, injuries or deaths that occur under the cover of your insurance are easy

You must document the accident by filling in the Accident Identification Record, or having it recorded.

You should always follow up your claim, which can be done by calling the Aksigorta Service Centre at 444 27 27, or online at benimaksigortam.

Complete and submit the necessary documents for us to help you in the event of a traffic accident, treatment, disability or death:

  • Traffic accident investigation report (Click to download)
  • Certificate of Identity Register Copy
  • Certificate of Inheritance (Show)
  • Alcohol Report
  • Actuary report belonging to the other insurance company if there is one
  • Court decision, execution order and payment receipt*

*Court decision, execution order and payment receipt are necessary if there is a compensation paid to the inheritors by the insured upon a court decision.
