What Should I Do?
The steps you need to take for treatment needs, injuries or deaths that occur under the cover of your insurance are easy
1- Have the Accident Recorded
You must document the accident by filling in the Accident Identification Record, or having it recorded.
3- Follow up Your Documents
You should always follow up your claim, which can be done by calling the Aksigorta Service Centre at 444 27 27, or online at Aksigorta Online.
2- Send the Documents to us
You should collect the necessary documents, and send them to bedenihasarihbar@aksigorta.com.tr for the process to start.
