What Should I Do?
In a few steps, you can quickly complete the tasks required, following crash-and-collision situations
1- Record the damage to your vehicle
You must document the damage by filling in the Accident Identification Record, or have it recorded. If you have the opportunity, take photos of the accident and accident damage from different angles.
2- Contact Us
You can call the Aksigorta Service Centre on 444 27 27 and notify us of the accident. You can also ask for a towing service/courtesy car from the same number.
3- Take your car to the nearest contracted service
You can take the car to the closest contracted service of Aksigorta, to Akçözüm services, or to any service you choose if these are not nearby.
5- Follow up Your Documents
You should always follow up your claim, which can be done by calling the Aksigorta Service Centre at 444 27 27, or online at Aksigorta Online.
4- Deliver your documents to Aksigorta
You must provide the necessary documentation to the service or to the Head Office of Aksigorta. See below the list of documents you will need to supply.
