1- Record the damage to your vehicle
After the accident, you must document the damage by filling in the Accident Identification Record, or have it recorded. If you have the opportunity, take photos of the accident from different angles.
2- Contact Us
Immediately call the Aksigorta Service Centre on 444 27 27 to notify us of the accident.
3- Take your car to the nearest contracted service
You can take your car to the closest contracted service of Aksigorta, or to any service you choose if these are not nearby.
4- Deliver your documents to us
You must provide the necessary documentation to the service or the Head Office of Aksigorta. See below a list of the documents that you need to supply.
5- Follow up Your Documents
You should always follow up your claim, which can be done by calling the Aksigorta Service Centre at 444 27 27, or online at benimaksigortam.
