What Should I Do?
Here’s what needs to be done in the case of death, injury or disability to the other vehicle involved in a traffic accident:
1- Have the Accident Recorded
After the accident, you must document the damage by filling in the Accident Identification Record, or have it recorded.
3- Follow up Your Documents
You should always follow up your claim, which can be done by calling the Aksigorta Service Centre at 444 27 27, or online at Aksigorta Online.
2- Send the Documents To Us
After collecting the required documents in full, you should send them to bedenihasarihbar@aksigorta.com.tr
