HUMAN RESOURCES PRACTICES
The Human Resources Department practices Performance Management, Career Planning and education of distribution channels and employees, which aims to increase the motivation and efficiency and to promote their self development.
Performance Management is a process for establishing shared understanding about what is going to be achieved. Each employee is evaluated by priority objectives lined up with the company business goals and competencies. The outcomes of the performance evaluation provides input for training needs analysis, career planning and compensation. Career plans are made for employees which gives equal promotion opportunities in line with their personal goals.
Aksigorta implements a fair and competitive compensation policy, based on performance evaluation outcomes and sector conditions. The compensation package consists of salary and 4 monthly salary bonuses. The Company also offers lunch and transportation facilities.
