1) CARGO INSURANCE

Our company insures the goods during transport & storage for the damages they may encounter. We, as Aksigorta offer insurance coverage for transports made by truck, vessel, train & airplane from all over the world to Turkey and from Turkey to all over the world; local transports are also covered with the below conditions:

1. Institute Cargo Clauses ( A ) - All Risks

It includes all damages from warehouse to warehouse. Loading, unloading & partial damages are all included. Damages arising from faulty goods are excluded.

2. Institute Cargo Clauses ( C )- Limited Coverage

It includes damages arising from perils which affect the goods and the transportation vehicle at the same time. The major exceptions are theft, wetness and diminishing of the goods.

3. Total Loss Only

It offers coverage only if the transportation vehicle and the goods are completely lost.

2) SECURITIES INSURANCE

The transportation of money, foreign currency, securities are included (seizure by violence and robbery are included).

3) HULL & MACHINERY INSURANCE

The sinking of the vessel, capsizing, collision with a fixed or floating object, fire risks, sea perils are covered. When coverage is offered for dry cargo or bulk carriers, Institute Time Clauses Hulls 1.10.83 or Institute Time Clauses 1.11.95 are given. If required, war risks and collision liability may be added.

When coverage is offered for yachts, Institute Yacht Clauses 1.10.85 (Wide Coverage) is given. In addition to this; war risks and third person legal liability coverages may be added.

NOTE:

Ro-Ro vessels and port vessels can also be insured.
