1-CASUALTY INSURANCE

A-MOTOR OWN DAMAGE

Impact Loss or Damages

-Copy of your policy
-Receipts of the premium payments
-Approved traffic accident report (in case of no accident report, driver's detailed written declaration)
-Approved alcohol report by police
-Copy of car's/vehicle's licence
-Copy of driver's licence
-Approval of the loss payee (if available)
-Waybill (for only cargo carriers)
-Photographs of the damaged car/vehicle

Stolen Car/Vehicle Losses

-If your car/vehicle is stolen and not found in 30 days;
-Approved statement of application to the Police Station
-Approved confirmation by police stating that stolen car/vehicle is not found.
-Approved confirmation from "Automobile Theft Desk" stating that stolen car/vehicle is not found.
-Car's/vehicle's original licence stamped as "stolen" by police.
-"No tax debt" statement from Ministry of Finance
-Original Policy and receipts.
-Car's/vehicle's keys (original and spare ones).
-Approval of the loss payee (if available).

Loss or Damages for Stolen Radio - Cassette Player and Sparetire 

-Copy of your policy
-Receipts of the premium payments
-Statement of application to the Police Station and approved report by police stating that "Radio-Cassette Player and/or Sparetire" is stolen.
-Approval of the loss payee (if available)
-Copy of the car's/vehicle's licence

B- COMPULSORY AUTO LIABILITY INSURANCE for THIRD PARTY'S LOSS OR DAMAGES


-Copy of your policy
-Approved accident report
-Alcohol report approved by police
-Copy of the car's/vehicle's licence (of third parties)
-Photographs of the damages car/vehicle (of third parties)
-Copy of the insured car's/vehicle's licence (if the plate number is not written on the policy)

C- LOSS or DAMAGES for DEATH and BODILY INJURIES


-Copy of the policy
-Approved accident report
-Report for death (from Public Prosecutor or Medical Jurisprudence)
-Original receipts of expenses for hospital and treatments (in case of injuries)
-If the Indemnity ispaid by Court Decision, Statement of Court Decision, execution order and payment receipts.
-Copy of the insured car's/vehicle's licence (if the plate number is not written on the policy)

D- LOSS or DAMAGES for PLATE GLASS INSURANCE 


-Copy of the policy
-Receipts of the premium payments
-Report or written declaration
-Invoice (in case an expert is not appointed)
-Photographs of the damage.

E- LOSS or DAMAGES for THEFT INSURANCE
